Output

You can print, save or send by email an individual hit, the whole hit list or a longer selection of titles. But: The selected individual hits are output over the list of interest.

You can choose between the two output versions

• short form with the basic bibliographic information and signature, and
• complete form.

You also need to define the output format. The following output formats are recommended, depending on the purpose:

• HTML format: recommended for clean, clear printouts
• Text format: suitable for saving, sending by email (further processing in text processing programs possible)
• RIS format: Save format for further processing, e.g. in the literature management program Citavi (campus licence available).
  Please note: When exporting data to Citavi, location signatures unfortunately become lost. However, in Citavi, you can just add the shelfmark later on over the menu “Title” -> “Search location” if the title has an ISBN.

You specify what you would like to output:

• Current display area: Outputs of the hits on the current screen page.
• If you would like to output all hits or only a selected range of hits, define the range from hit <n> to hit <n>
