List of Interest

The aim of the list of interest is

• to create lists of relevant hits,
• to manage them under an appropriate name,
• to print, export, save or send by email this/these list(s)
• and to possibly save them permanently.

Procedure:

• From the hit list you can add/remove the selected title to/from the reserve list by clicking on the checkboxes and Save in:
• To manage the reserve list, it is decisive if you are logged in or not:
• You are logged in: A title that is marked in the hit list is always saved in the reserve list that has been preconfigured by you. If you have not preconfigured any list, the entries are first held in a temporary list, from where you can move the content to an existing reserve list or save under its own name (only works over the hit list and Save in: New list name). The list remains permanent - even beyond the current session. A maximum of 20 lists with 999 entries each can be created.
• You are not logged in: The selected hits are added to a temporary reserve list. Additional reserve lists cannot be created. The list is automatically deleted when ending the current session. However, the list can be printed out or sent by email. If you have first filled in a reserve list without logging in you can manage its content over the long term after logging in or append it to an existing reserve list.

Show List of Interest

You can open the reserve list over the tab My list in the top navigation bar. The following functions are available here:

• Pull-down menu Select list: Show the memory lists saved until now. With Delete, the reserve list that is shown in the drop-down menu is completely deleted.
• Select all or none titles - by clicking, mark all titles once or remove the marking.
• Switching between brief records and full records. Please note: When further processing the title (print, export to literature management, etc.), only the data that is displayed on the screen is transmitted!

Other options

• Use the link Back to results to show the overall result of your search
• Copy selected entries: is only available if there is at least one other list in addition to the temporary reserve list. Mark the desired title in the list of interest, select a reserve list in the drop-down menu under Copy selected entries: and click on copy or move.

Output

In addition to the database tabs and above the individual hit display, you have various ways of further processing your catalogue searches via Print, Send or Save. Select the hit that is to be processed from the hit list or by clicking on the output form.

Short Display

Standard display after opening the reserve list. For each medium the author, the title, the year of publication and the shelfmark of the local database is output.

Full Display

Over the full display, the short display of all available bibliographical and content-based information on all titles is displayed.
With the short display link, you switch to the short display mode.
